The Institut Culinaire de France in association with Pierre Hermé, is a private technical higher education institution that trains the students to the fundamental techniques of French sweet culinary arts. Opened the first school dedicated to bakery, pastry, chocolate-confectionery, ice-cream and the management of sweet arts in 2020 in Bordeaux.
